Air Conditioning Engineer Role and responsibilities:

  • Installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial air conditioning systems
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
  • Collaborating with team members to complete projects
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical advice to clients
  • Completing service reports and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Assisting with commissioning of new systems
  • Staying up to date with the latest A/C technologies and best practices
  • Supporting junior team members when needed

Air Conditioning Engineer Skills and Experience:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 in Air Conditioning or equivalent
  • F-Gas Certification (essential)
  • Proven experience installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial A/C systems
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clear communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in commercial environments preferred
  • Willingness to learn and take on further training
