Responsibilities / Duties:

* Managing and routing Ocean/ Road/ Sea Freight shipments (hands on, start to finish relevant training on Freight provided)

* Preparing quotes

* Checking and collecting relevant documentation

* Obtaining clearance instructions

* Customs entries

* Speaking to Shipping lines, Hauliers and Overseas Agents

* Regularly liaising with customers, keeping them informed and dealing with any questions inquiries

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, (Apply online only)hrs or (Apply online only)hrs

Salary: 26k-32k dependent on experience

Requirements

* Detailed logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation experience

* CDS knowledge is advantageous.

* Computer literacy using Microsoft software and/or other market-leading software applications.
