* Document survey findings accurately and comprehensively, including photographs and detailed reports.

* Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with fire safety standards and regulations.

* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to fire door safety.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Fire Door Surveyor or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards.

* In-depth knowledge of fire door components, materials, and installation techniques.

* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough surveys and inspections.

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and effectively.

* Proficiency in using surveying tools and software for documentation and reporting.

* Relevant certifications or qualifications in fire safety or building surveying would be advantageous.

* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations within London.
