What You’ll Be Doing:
- Interpret client files and adviser instructions to prepare detailed and compliant financial planning reports
- Conduct research into suitable products, providers, and investment strategies
- Work closely with technical and compliance teams to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate data logs and documentation
- Support advisers across various stages of the client journey
- Commit to ongoing personal development with guidance from experienced professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a financial planning or IFA firm
- Working towards or committed to achieving Level 4 Diploma
- Knowledge of the UK regulatory landscape and financial planning fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, integrity, and a collaborative, proactive mindset
- Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and financial planning software
