Known for their values-driven culture and commitment to true financial planning, they are now looking to recruit a 'Trainee Paraplanner’ to join their expanding team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Interpret client files and adviser instructions to prepare detailed and compliant financial planning reports
  • Conduct research into suitable products, providers, and investment strategies
  • Work closely with technical and compliance teams to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data logs and documentation
  • Support advisers across various stages of the client journey
  • Commit to ongoing personal development with guidance from experienced professionals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a financial planning or IFA firm
  • Working towards or committed to achieving Level 4 Diploma
  • Knowledge of the UK regulatory landscape and financial planning fundamentals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and a collaborative, proactive mindset
  • Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and financial planning software
