Day Service Manager

Salary: C. £37,900.00

Hours of work: Full-time, Monday to Friday

In partnership with a well-respected, person centred charitable provider I am seeking a Day Service Manager to lead inclusive, person-centred day services for individuals with visual impairments and/or complex needs. This role focuses on promoting independence, well-being, and meaningful engagement through tailored activities and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities in the role of day service manager:

Manage day-to-day operations of the day service
Design and deliver activity programmes that reflect individual goals
Lead and support staff and volunteers
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and care standards
Build strong relationships with families, carers, and partner organisations
Oversee budgets and contribute to service developmentAbout You

Qualified in health and social care, leadership, or service management
Experienced in supporting people with complex needs
Skilled in team leadership and person-centred planning
