The Role
We're looking for a Room Attendant to join our brilliant Housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you'll take pride in creating a spotless, welcoming environment that makes every guest feel instantly at home.
You'll ensure bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard, with care, attention to detail, and a personal touch that reflects our warm, relaxed Shoreditch spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standard.
- Restock amenities and ensure all rooms are perfectly presented for arrivals and stayovers.
- Report maintenance issues or lost property promptly to the relevant departments.
- Work efficiently to meet daily room targets while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Support your teammates to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
Salary: £28,921 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
