Payroll Administrator (Temporary - 6 weeks)Location: Lincoln (LN6 – office-based)Salary: £

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to provide temporary cover due to sickness absence. This is an urgent requirement, and candidates must be immediately available or available within one week.

Key responsibilities:

  • End-to-end payroll responsibility for approximately 200 employees
  • Managing UK payroll (circa 150 employees) and international payroll
  • Processing payroll using Pento and Oracle
  • Handling payroll amendments, changes, and corrections
  • Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance at all times

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist
  • Confident working as the sole payroll contact
  • Strong UK payroll experience essential; international payroll experience desirable
  • Comfortable working in a role that is not fully straightforward
  • Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal handover
  • Immediately available or available within one week
