Role: Marketing Specialist

Salary: £30K- £38K

Working Hours: 9am-5pm  –onsite role

Position Overview:

Elevation Recruitment Group’s – Marketing Division are pleased to be working with a subsidiary of a large global organisation.

This is a stand-alone role managing the marketing function with full creative licence to really make the role your own.

The Marketing Specialist will create and utilise varied marketing media, which will be deployed across varied platforms and in support of company lead / opportunity generation and brand awareness strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the external marketing agency for PR, PPC and paid ads
• Brand awareness , brand development, lead generation.
• Product Marketing Campaigns - Design, consultation, collateral creation, launch, administration, management, data analysis, review/feedback
• Social Media – planning, management, creating content, posting/monitoring, explore promoted posts.
• Produce new images/videos/case studies for marketing purposes
• Proof reading material for marketing
• Organisation and Management of the Marketing folders.
• Marketing liaison with the factory as required.
• Creation of Newsletter and sending regular mailshots
• Managing the UK website, keeping up to date
• Planning, organising yearly exhibitions including design examples, support company involvement in events.
• Work closely with the sales team.
• All ad-hoc marketing tasks

Requirements:

• Stakeholder management
• Full mix marketing background
• Good Time Management and being able to balance requirements by prioritising and delegating etc.
• An upbeat, enthusiastic, can-do attitude willing to get involved in all areas of the marketing communications and internal engagement mix MS Office competent
• Understanding social media tools and practical use – account management
• Proven ability to handle multiple workstreams
• Assist with the implementation and development of the Marketing strategy.
• Ability to edit videos and photographs.
