From day one, you'll have a clear career pathway, hands-on experience, and real responsibility with progression into a field-based Area Sales Manager role within two years.

The Programme
During your first 12 months, you'll rotate across:
• Internal Sales
• External Sales
• Marketing
• Exports

A key feature of the programme is “Role Appreciation”, which touches on all areas of the business from Production, Warehouse and Transport to all support functions.
This means spending time embedded in different departments to truly understand how the business operates gaining first-hand insight into manufacturing, logistics and operations.
You'll build cross-functional knowledge, stronger internal relationships, and develop the commercial awareness needed to become a well-rounded sales leader.

You will also:
Shadow experienced Area Sales Managers
Attend exhibitions and industry events
Complete internal and external sales training
Develop technical product knowledge
Deliver project work

• Degree (any discipline)
• Full UK driving licence (or test booked)
