A work life balance focused Fire Engineer company is seeking an Associate Fire Engineer to Manage large, complex fire engineering projects, and manage a team of Fire Engineers made up of senior Fire Engineers, Fire Engineers and graduates from a remote location.

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant engineering degree to Bachelor's level
Experience of working on fire engineering projects
Experience of managing large, complex fire engineering projects
Experience mentoring graduate/fire engineers
CEng or working towards CEngResponsibilities

Associate Fire Engineer responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in the development of fee proposals for large and complex projects
Management of a team of senior engineers/fire engineers/graduate fire engineers
Management of health and safety (including mental wellbeing) of team in their work activities
Delivery and support of the delivery of large, complex projects
Managing relationships with large clients
Dissemination of knowledge of latest developments in fire design legislation and techniques
Team performance management and reporting
Mentoring and management of team members
Peer review of other engineers' strategies and reports

£70,000 plus
Enrolment to company bonus scheme on successful completion of probation, paid twice annually.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 2 days after 2 years.
Additional day of annual leave on employees birthday (or nearest working day).
Enrolment to company pension scheme, 5% employer contribution, 3% employee contribution.
