HR Assistant

Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk

Hours: 30 - 40 hours per week Full Time or Part Time

Salary: £14.50 Per Hour + Holiday Pay

Duration: Temporary - Permanent

We are seeking an adaptable, proactive and detail-orientated HR assistant to join our market leading client's commercial team. Working closely with the HR Manager you will assisting in day-to-day duties which can include a wide range from recruitment to employee relations, from filing to system maintenance. Job Duties:

* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR Manager and team

* Maintaining and updating personnel records and systems

* Updating and scanning documents into the Breathe HR portal

* Producing contracts, probation letters and formal correspondence using templates

* Liaising with recruitment agencies

* Documenting sickness and absence through the HR system

* Processing PPE requests from staff

* Providing lockers to staff and logging this

* Helping to organise staff events

* Maintain compliance with health and safety practices

* Participate in related training sessions

What we are looking for:

* Previous Administration experience at a senior level

* Enjoys working in a male orientated environment

* Happy to work in an Engineering office

* Excellent attention to detail
