Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home (3-bed) Durham / Thornley Area

We're looking for a strong, compassionate leader to take the reins of a warm, stable children's home in the Durham/Thornley area. This three-bed EBD service supports young people through life's toughest moments, and you'll be the one to lead from the front, creating structure, safety, and genuine growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Running the daily operations of the children's residential home
• Coaching and managing a committed team through trauma-informed practice
• Maintaining high standards across safeguarding, compliance, and care quality
• Driving positive outcomes, emotional stability, and purposeful routines
• Taking part in sleep-in and on-call duties (yes, we value your time and pay for it)
• Building trusted relationships with external professionals, families, and Ofsted

What You'll Need:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
• Prior experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in children's homes
• Sound knowledge of EBD, safeguarding, and care regulations
• A genuine passion for changing lives, not just managing services
• Full UK driving licence
