Accept Recruitment is currently looking for Warehouse Operatives for our client- leading national distribution centre based in Magna Park, Lutterworth. The company specialises in the distribution of large furniture, home décor, and household essentials.

We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals with prior experience to join the team. This is a physically demanding role involving manual handling and working with large, bulky items in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Role Responsibilities:

* Loading and unloading vehicles (heavy lifting involved)

* General warehouse duties

* Following site health and safety procedures

* Working efficiently as part of a team

Candidate Requirements:

* Own transport is essential due to site location and shift schedule

* Previous warehouse experience is essential

* Good understanding of English (spoken and written)

* Willingness to work with heavy, bulky items on a daily basis

* Ability to commit to a fixed shift pattern

Shift Patterns (set NO rotations)

4on 4off:

* AM - £13.19/h

* PM - £14.53/h
