Kingfisher House Care Home is a purpose built 77 bed care home located in Perth, set in a stunning riverside location on the banks of the River Tay. Providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care, the home offers a modern and well supported environment where team members can develop their skills, work as part of a strong team and make a meaningful difference every day.
Registered Nurse - Dayshift and Nightshift
- £21.50 to £22.50 per hour
- Full time, part time and bank contracts available
- Dayshift and Nightshift available
- Paid NMC fees, Paid PVG, Pension, Uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract
Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high quality, person centred care, ensuring residents' safety, dignity and wellbeing are always prioritised. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication safely and monitor changes in residents' physical and mental health.
You will lead and support the care team during your shift, ensuring effective communication, clear handovers and high standards of clinical practice. You will build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues, promoting independence, wellbeing and a positive, supportive environment within the home.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to lead, support and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, professional and resident focused approach
