Your new role

* Working within an education/colleague environment with a leadinf FM provider based in York.

* Monday-Friday basis flexible starting and finishing times.

* We are looking for someone client facing.

* Enhanced DBS will be needed.

Job Duties

* Pre planned maintenance

* Reactive maintenance

* Fault finding

* EML, Fire Alarms, 3 phase, commercial maintenance.

* 18th LVL 3 needed.
