The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a highly supportive SEMH school based in Wandsworth. You will be working closely with students across KS3 and KS4, providing 1:1 and small group support, helping them to engage with learning and manage their behaviour in and out of the classroom. Your role will be vital in building trusting relationships and promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience working in a school, youth work, or PRU setting
• Be calm, patient, and resilient with a positive attitude
• Have a good understanding of SEMH, trauma-informed approaches, and de-escalation strategies
• Be available to work full time, Monday to Friday
• Have a valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
