A well-established and growing accountancy practice is seeking an Accounts & Tax Semi-Senior to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with around three years of full-cycle practice experience who is looking to progress their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of year-end accounts for a range of clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies

• Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns

• Assisting with management accounts and bookkeeping where required

• Liaising directly with clients to gather information and respond to queries

• Supporting senior team members on more complex assignments

• Ensuring work is completed accurately and within deadlines

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting and tax regulations

The Ideal Candidate

• Approximately three years of full-cycle experience within an accountancy practice

• Experience preparing statutory accounts and tax returns

• AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA/ACA (or equivalent) is desirable

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confident communicating with clients and colleagues

• Motivated to develop professionally and take on increasing responsibility
