💷 Pay Rates:
- £13.07 per hour - Double Days (06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00, rotating)
- £15.02 per hour - Nights (22:00-06:00)

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and moving goods.
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently in line with company procedures.
- Feed plain cardboard sheets into die-cutting machines, following production schedules.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
- Support stock control by monitoring raw materials and finished products.
- Transfer materials to gluing stations and assist with smooth production flow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, complying with Health & Safety standards.
- Accurately complete production and quality records as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous machine operative experience is essential.
- Warehouse or production background is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Physically fit, comfortable with manual handling.
- Reliable team player with a solid work ethic.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
