In-House Infrastructure Engineer

Purpose: To implement, maintain and support IT infrastructure and services across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain servers, networks and cloud services
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Support upgrades, migrations and projects
• Maintain system documentation and standards
• Work closely with Service Desk and Architects
• Visit client offices when onsite work is required
