Are you an experienced Account Handler looking to join a dynamic, customer-focused insurance team?

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading insurance firm for a driven professional to deliver exceptional service, support growth and mentor junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with insurers and clients, resolving policy queries and ensuring full compliance
  • Prepare renewal documentation and negotiate best terms in the market
  • Maintain accurate records and support with credit control issues where needed
  • Share knowledge to support team development and customer-first outcomes

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous insurance experience is essential
  • Working towards or holding a CII qualification is advantageous
  • Process-driven, detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Customer-centric, results-focused and team-minded
