Salary: £185 - £265 per day

ECT English Teacher Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for KS3 and KS4 students

Support students of varying abilities and help them achieve their full potential

Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Work collaboratively with department staff and senior leadership

Participate in school events, training and development sessions

Uphold school values and promote good behaviour and learning

NQT English Teacher Requirements:

Hold QTS or be working towards it as an ECT English Teacher

Have a degree in English or a related subject

Passionate about teaching and making a difference in students' lives

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Open to working across schools in Tower Hamlets and Newham

A positive attitude and willingness to grow professionally
