Jackson Hogg have partnered with an industry leading manufacturer in the Northumberland area on a Quality Engineer position, reporting directly to the Quality Manager on site.

Quality Engineer Responsibilities

* Leadership and guidance with both internal and external non conformances

* Support improvement of the Quality Management System.

* Support manufacturing teams to meet our customer KPI's incorporating quality.

* Participating in review meetings and update documentation.

* Focus on continuous improvement as we go through significant change as an organisation and problem-solving solutions through the use of Quality Improvement tool, trend analysis and techniques such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D and Mistake Proofing.

Quality Engineer Requirements

* Experienced with the requirements of ISO9001

* Experienced in Manufacturing Quality Engineering.

* Competent in the use of MS Office

* Competent oral and written communicator

* Problem Solving skills

* Strong communication skills

* Time management

* Reliable

* Attention to detail
