We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Winsford and the surrounding areas. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils’ learning and development while gaining valuable experience within education.

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Supporting children with additional needs (SEND experience welcomed but not essential)
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)
• A caring, patient, and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 TA) are advantageous but not essential
