As a Retail Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Store Manager in all day-to-day retail operations
- Leading the retail team by example to deliver excellent customer service
- Driving performance to meet sales and KPI targets
- Managing team motivation, development, and training
- Helping with stock management and visual merchandising standards
- Creating a positive environment for both customers and colleagues
We're looking for a Supervisor who: - Has experience as a Supervisor, Senior Sales Assistant or Team Leader in a busy retail setting
- Is confident, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
- Has a proven track record of delivering strong results and leading a team
- Is passionate about service, product and store standards
