The Corporate Sales Coordinator position at Eco Caters is based on outbound sales, inbound sales and account management with a focus on Simply Lunch, our corporate lunch delivery service, client portfolio and Corporate Clients. This will entail all corporate style events including but not exclusive to lunch and learns, happy hours, conferences and meetings. It will take a self-motivated individual willing to dedicate time to networking, attending events, and building a pipeline to support our sales goals as related to our corporate vertical.
Our goal is to generate, based on a monthly quota of 83k in revenue, $1,000,000.00 events annually. Annual quota will be based off of bringing and managing $1,000,000 of annual revenue.
Simply Lunch sales will be focused on corporations with a minimum of 20+ employees and a service requirement minimum of 3 times a week. The sales rep will target these businesses through a variety of lead generating activities inclusive of but not limited to cold calling, networking events, linkedin, social media, lunches, and referrals from existing clients. Organization of leads will be critical in building a pipeline and properly managing and maintaining a sales funnel. The sales rep will also maintain the relationship with the corporation to guarantee a lasting relationship with a goal of driving top line revenue and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) from the existing client base and onboarding new clients through a strategic outreach strategy.
Create new leads: Build new networks. Attend industry related networking and chamber events, . Use online platforms like LinkedIn to build bridges. Create awareness through personal pipeline. Utilizing all company lead generating activities.
Manage Pipeline: Build pipeline daily. Respond to all assigned inbound leads and follow ups within proper time frame as instructed per market. Keep extreme detail to stay organized
Follow KPI Metrics: Follow and abide by Eco Caters Daily, weekly and monthly metrics. As identified in market, you should be able to properly track progress to help yourself and management hold accountability and assess success within your role.
Organize and Implement Sales Strategy: Build a 30/60/90-day sales plan with goals. Install plan, and hit milestones.
Manage/Build Venue Relationships: Contact existing venues and potential venues. Build relationship and maintain. Attend networking events and catered events in order to add new venues and maintain quality at existing venues.
Clear Communication: Understand resources, deadlines, and workload and effectively communicate to owner and upper management status of department.
Achieves Results: Reflects a drive to achieve and outperform, continuously looking for improvements, and accepts responsibility for actions and results. Average quota of 50-83k per month goal to align with company revenue goals.

3% of Revenue Base (100% of Food and Beverage and 25% of Non-F&B) for additional off-site events

All F&B related costs must hold a minimum of 25% margin
