We're looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead our unique bakery and coffee shop in the heart of Elephant & Castle. The Role

As General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the smooth running of the site, leading from the front and setting the standard for both service and product quality.

This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, supporting the team, and getting involved in the bakery side of the business when needed.

You'll oversee:

* Daily operations across front and back of house

* Team leadership, training and development

* Service standards and customer experience

* Stock control, ordering and supplier management

* Labour and rota management

* Health, safety and compliance

* Supporting the baking and production team as required

* Driving sales and helping shape the future growth of the business

What We're Looking For

We want someone who combines strong operational leadership with a passion for hospitality and quality food.

You'll ideally have:

* Previous experience as a General Manager / Store Manager / Senior Hospitality Manager

* Background in coffee shop, café, bakery, brunch, or premium grab-and-go environments

* A hands-on approach and willingness to support bakery operations

* Excellent people management skills

* Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing KPIs

* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

* The energy and ambition to grow with a developing brand
