£50,000 + 10% London Weighting + Up to 20% Bonus | Leadership Role

A well-established and growing wealth management firm is seeking an Advice Delivery Manager to lead its paraplanning and sales support function within the Borehamwood office.

This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for overseeing advice support teams and ensuring high service and performance standards.

You will manage paraplanners and sales support staff, ensuring efficient delivery of technical support to advisers.

Responsibilities include:

• Performance monitoring and team oversight
• Managing workload distribution and capacity
• Supporting, coaching and developing team members
• Maintaining service standards and operational efficiency
• Working closely with senior leadership to drive performance

• 3+ years’ management experience within financial services
• Experience managing paraplanners and/or sales support teams
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Understanding of financial planning operations and advice processes

• £50,000 salary
• 10% London weighting
• Bonus up to 20%
• Office-based role (5 days per week)
