Location: Coventry Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday – Friday)Contract Type: Permanent

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their successful team in Coventry. Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions.
• Bring a relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or demonstrable experience managing a full caseload.
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders.
• Handle client enquiries face-to-face, remotely and via telephone.
• Work effectively to progress cases in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
