A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is expanding its Geo-Environmental function in Northamptonshire and is seeking an experienced Principal or Associate Director to help scale the team.

This is a strategic hire within a development-led consultancy delivering industrial, commercial, education, residential and complex brownfield regeneration projects.

Key responsibilities:

Technical oversight of Phase I & II assessments, GQRA/DQRA and geotechnical design

*

Advising on foundation solutions, earthworks strategies and ground risk

*

Supporting projects from due diligence through planning and delivery

*

Client relationship management (developer-led schemes)

*

Mentoring and developing junior engineers

*

Contributing to regional growth and team expansion

Ideal profile:

Strong brownfield and contaminated land experience

Development-led consultancy background

Commercial awareness and client-facing capability
