We are looking for a motivated and organised Transport Planner / Fleet Supervisor to support the efficient running of one of our prestigious Clients HGV fleet and drivers.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan routes and maximise fleet utilisation and revenue
• Supervise drivers and monitor performance against KPIs
• Ensure excellent customer service and on-time deliveries
• Maintain vehicle and driver compliance
• Work closely with sales, transport and workshop teams
• Identify improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience in transport or logistics (preferred)
• Good IT and systems knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
