Location: Guildford | Full-Time | Permanent
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 6PM | 1 in 3 Saturdays

An outstanding opportunity to join one of the most prestigious and well-established property brands in the UK. My client operates at the top end of the residential market, specialising in the sale of luxury, high-value homes, farms, and estates across Guildford and the surrounding area.

This is an ideal role for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator with experience selling to discerning clients and a strong grasp of the prime property market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow residential sales across a premium portfolio of homes, farms, and rural estates
  • Exceed personal and team sales targets through proactive prospecting and high-quality client service
  • Conduct viewings and secure offers on high-value properties
  • Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
  • Provide end-to-end sales support from instruction to completion, maintaining regular contact with all parties
  • Work closely with solicitors, buyers, and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions
  • Ensure all client activity is compliant with AML, KYC, and internal policies
  • Maintain an expert understanding of the local property market to identify new business opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within the luxury or high-net-worth market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-first approach
  • Knowledge of Guildford and the surrounding rural areas
  • Ability to manage high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Team-oriented but able to work independently with minimal supervision
