Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator - Guildford
Basic Salary: Up to £30,000
Car Allowance: Up to £5,000
On Target Earnings: £50,000+
Location: Guildford | Full-Time | Permanent
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 6PM | 1 in 3 Saturdays
An outstanding opportunity to join one of the most prestigious and well-established property brands in the UK. My client operates at the top end of the residential market, specialising in the sale of luxury, high-value homes, farms, and estates across Guildford and the surrounding area.
This is an ideal role for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator with experience selling to discerning clients and a strong grasp of the prime property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow residential sales across a premium portfolio of homes, farms, and rural estates
- Exceed personal and team sales targets through proactive prospecting and high-quality client service
- Conduct viewings and secure offers on high-value properties
- Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Provide end-to-end sales support from instruction to completion, maintaining regular contact with all parties
- Work closely with solicitors, buyers, and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions
- Ensure all client activity is compliant with AML, KYC, and internal policies
- Maintain an expert understanding of the local property market to identify new business opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within the luxury or high-net-worth market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-first approach
- Knowledge of Guildford and the surrounding rural areas
- Ability to manage high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Team-oriented but able to work independently with minimal supervision
