An international luxury brand is seeking an experienced interim Finance Director on an immediate basis to lead the finance function. They are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset who understands the retail sector well. You will manage a small team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the CEO and senior stakeholders to support strategy.

- Ensure the accuracy of internal financial reporting.

- Prepare statutory financial statements.

- Manage the audit process.

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.

- Drive the improvement of systems and processes.

Requirements:

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.

- A background in retail/consumer led industries.

- PE-backed experience is highly beneficial, especially with SME businesses.

- Experienced in optimising systems and processes
