Day-to-day of the role: - Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate educational activities for early years pupils.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a one-form entry school setting.
- Participate in and contribute to the wider activities of the Tunbridge Wells Primary Schools group.
- Support the personal development of pupils as a fundamental part of their learning.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent ideally.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
