• To Lead Corporate Property Projects
• Landlord & Tenant Matters
• Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals
• To assist with the delivery of a comprehensive asset review program
• To undertake the monitoring of asset performance
• Provide Corporate property input broader council initiatives
• Take the lead in developing Corporate portfolio strategies
• To project manage staff engaged in projects and to ensure delivery of each programme of works

Profile

A successful Estates Surveyor should have:

• Professional qualifications in surveying or a related field.
• Experience in property management and estate development.
• Strong knowledge of public sector regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in handling valuations, lease agreements, and financial reporting.
• MRICS essential
• Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage projects effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
