The team is knowledgeable, welcoming, and excited to support their new colleague.?? Management Accountant – Northampton | Stable Role in a Reputable Company?? Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Producing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Presenting accounts to senior management
• Financial analysis and quarter-end reporting
• VAT returns and tax compliance
• Reviewing and improving financial processes
• Preparing detailed financial and management reports
• Providing financial support to other departments

?? About You:

• ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified (or equivalent), or close to completing your exams
• Alternatively, you may be Qualified by Experience
• Confident producing monthly management accounts independently
• Able to supervise and support a small team
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and a strong communicator
• Comfortable using Excel for financial analysis
