Our client is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join their team as a Pioneer for the North Convenience channel in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building the brand, expanding reach, and ensuring visibility across key convenience retail and forecourt stores.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales and grow market share within assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
Ensure product visibility, stock rotation, and placement according to brand standards.
Execute promotional activities and activations at store level.
Collect and report on market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets and reporting requirements.
Provide exceptional brand representation and customer engagement.
Support the regional team with events, activations, and merchandising.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with the retail and/or FMCG environment.
Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities.
Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
A valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
1-2 years' experience in sales, merchandising, or promotions, ideally within FMCG.
Knowledge of the Johannesburg North area is advantageous.
