Health and Safety Trainer | Hybrid, UK-Wide | Full Time | £35,000 - £45,000, negotiable depending on experience

Our client has been operating since 1984 and depicts quality and drive in ensuring its health & safety training services are delivered to the highest standard and understood by all who attend. Throughout their period of operations, they have garnered an exciting and excellent portfolio of clients who value their services.

Due to expansion, the company is seeking to recruit a Senior Health and Safety Trainer to deliver up to and including NEBOSH programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and well-established Health & Safety company with further growth plans.

As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of Health and Safety training courses to an extensive range of blue-chip clients either at one of the training centres in the Midlands, remotely via Teams or Zoom, or on client sites across the UK.

Please note- A willingness to travel extensively across the UK is essential due to the field-based nature of this role.

Are you the right person for the job?

Significant experience in the Health and Safety field.
Appropriate training qualifications
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
Flexibility to work with an ability and willingness to travel
Good computer skills - specifically MS suite of applications
What will your role look like?

Professional delivery of a wide range of general and specific Health and Safety training courses, including IOSH and NEBOSH programmes
Delivering training across various formats: at the Midlands training centres, on client sites across the UK, and remotely via Teams/Zoom
Adapting training delivery to suit delegates from a variety of industries, backgrounds, and learning styles
Development and design of new health and safety courses to reflect changes in legislation and evolving client needs
Ensuring each course is delivered with the appropriate pace, clarity, and professionalism to maintain high standards
Portraying a professional company image to all clients, delegates, and stakeholders
Supporting collaboration across the training team through knowledge-sharing and consistency in delivery
Representing the company at client sites, maintaining strong relationships and upholding service excellence
Reporting directly to the Director and contributing to the ongoing growth and improvement of the training offering
