Role Overview:
M Group is seeking a proactive Site Agent to support the planning and delivery of the next phase of a project in Newton Abbot. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on site management with planning experience to ensure works are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as Site Agent, overseeing day-to-day site activities.

Assist in planning and coordinating the next project phase.

Manage earthworks, surfacing, drainage, and service diversion activities.

Liaise with service providers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Monitor progress, report on delivery, and identify risks or delays.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Support handover and preparation for subsequent works.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Agent, ideally with planning and project delivery experience.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering activities, including earthworks, surfacing, drainage, and service diversions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Local to Newton Abbot or surrounding areas (preferred).

CSCS and SMSTS certifications
