We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Trafford. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher to support the learning and development of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
Working with individuals or small groups of pupils to help them achieve their learning goals.
Providing pastoral support to pupils who may need extra help.
Contributing to the creation of a safe and nurturing learning environment.
Helping to assess pupils' progress and keeping accurate records.
Supporting pupils with special educational needs.Essential Requirements:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and a right to work in the UKDesirable Requirements:

Knowledge of phonics and early years learning.
Experience working with pupils with SEND.
