Your new companyA small primary school based in the Chester area is looking for an administrator to join their team. This is a part-time post working from #removed# Monday-Friday. Your new roleAs the sole administrator, you will be responsible for the running of the school office. Reporting to the headteacher, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the school. Other daily duties will include:

• Managing all phone and email queries
• Typing letters and correspondence as directed by staff
• Inputting registers/ managing student data using the Arbor system
• Communicating with parents using the relevant school apps
• Signing visitors into the school following the school's safeguarding policy

What you'll need to succeedAs you will be alone in the office a lot of the time, you will need to be a highly organised and self-motivated person. Experience of working in a school office would be an advantage for this role. You will be professional and personable when dealing with staff, pupils and visitors to the school, with excellent communication and time management skills.What you'll get in return
