About the Role

We are a dynamic and growing organisation within hospitality & entertainment sector, providing essential support services across multiple business operations. We are now looking for a Junior Accounts Assistant to join our finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in finance, gaining hands-on experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including:
Raising purchase orders and completing three-way matching
Processing supplier invoices accurately within the finance system
Performing supplier statement reconciliations
Preparing and processing regular payment runs
Managing AP inboxes and responding to queries
Support Accounts Receivable activities, including:
Monitoring outstanding debts and supporting timely collections
Producing and distributing weekly AR reports
Communicating debtor updates to finance and operational teams
Process employee expenses and company credit cards
Perform daily bank postings and reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly
Assist with cash postings, including revenue from various operational areasKey Relationships
