Key Responsibilities

Support children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS
Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues
Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care
Requirements

Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent (essential)
Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Positive, reliable, and proactive approach
Strong communication skills
At least 1 year of childcare experience preferred
