Step into the role of Reception Supervisor & Book Person at Novikov Restaurant & Bar. We are an intense experienced environment where no two days are ever the same. We are looking for someone who can run a busy front desk, managing up to 500 bookings, support their team, and keep everything moving efficiently alongside with the front of house staff during service.

Novikov Restaurant & Bar is located in Mayfair, and it is one of the most popular and successful restaurants in Central London with two distinct restaurants and a stylish Lounge Bar.

As the Reception Supervisor, you will need to control the book and manage the reception team by:

·By maximising turn over alongside table turns

·Evaluate the customer's situation and priorities with a solution-focused mindset.

·Remain calm under pressure in a fast – paced environment.

·Maintain high customers service standard professionalism.

·Collaborate with the Reception team & each of the Front of House Teams.

·Lead, train, support, and motivate the reception team.

·Be able to breath deeply.
