Full Time Male Support Worker - Waking Nights

A dedicated Residential Support Worker is needed in Sheffield, specifically to work in the Broomhill area to support a young male 2:1 who has autism and mental health needs. Due to the young person and his needs, we do require a male for this role.
The ideal Residential Support Worker will need to have:
Previous experience within a SEND school or residential care environment
A patient and caring approach
Experience in one to one support to encourage independence and raising self-esteem
Be comfortable with managing challenging behaviour
Excellent safeguarding knowledge
