We are working with a rangw respected primary school in Coventry that is looking to recruit multiple experienced HLTAs for the new academic year. With full-time and part-time opportunities available, this is a great chance to join a school that values strong classroom support and high professional standards.

We are looking for confident, capable HLTAs who are experienced across both KS1 and KS2, and who are ready to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning from day one.

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
✅ Hold a recognised HLTA qualification
✅ Have at least 2 years of experience working in UK primary schools
✅ Be confident working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
✅ Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one

We are looking for professionals who can lead groups, support whole-class delivery, and step up when needed. If you don't have the experience or qualifications listed, this won't be the right role for you.

If you're a reliable HLTA who takes pride in doing things properly and values structure, consistency, and traditional classroom standards, then this role will suit you well.
