As an experienced Nurse from the NHS or private care, you'll join the team at Field House as a Registered General Nurse working 37.5 hour per week (12.5 hour shifts) to support some of the most vulnerable people in today's society.

What you will be doing
As a qualified Registered General Nurse - you will ensure female adults with mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.

The service operates 24/7. You will work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights. Standard shifts are 12 hours a day, working 3 days one week, 4 days the next.
Where you will be working:
Location: Chesterfield Road, Shirland, Alfreton, Derbyshire DE55 7DT
You will be working at Field House and Apartments - a 16 bed specialist rehabilitation service for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder.
The service offers a blended model of rehabilitation that combines a traditional rehabilitation environment with single and dual occupancy apartments, to provide a seamless care pathway for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder and a history of trauma and/or attachment disorders.
You will work in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on positive risk taking which enables self-reliance and builds trust and self-esteem, with a focus on psychological input.
