Location: Morecambe, LA4

Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (with on-call rota)

Contract: Fixed Term or Agency

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our service in Morecambe on a 9–12 month maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and ensure our service continues to meet the highest standards of care. The role requires a fast start as we aim to fill the position within three weeks.

• Operational management of the service, with a focus on supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
• Oversight of CQC compliance, audits, and quality monitoring.
• Leadership and development of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Maintaining high standards of care and service delivery.

• Experience in operational management within LD and Autism services.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and audits.
• Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care/Management or equivalent, or working towards this qualification.

• The role is based in our registered service in Morecambe, LA4.
• Immediate start required due to maternity cover.
• Consideration will be given to candidates on a Fixed Term Contract or Agency basis.
