SITE MANAGER WITH MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION IN WISBECH, CAMEBRIDGESHIRE

Job Title: Site manager

Location: Wisbech,camebridgeshire

Salary: 55-60k DOE + company car and other additional benefits

Skilled careers are currently working with a nationwide Social housing contract who currently are looking for an experienced site manager for a project

Summary for Site manager role:

Planned works K&B, EWI, Roofing stream of works

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Manage and supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining Asbestos Awareness.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow.

Maintain accurate records of site activities and report progress to stakeholders.

Ensure all team members possess necessary certifications, including CSCS Gold Card and driving licence.

Requirements for Site manager role:

Previous experience required with similar projects.

Basic DBS (Willingness to undergo)

Uk Driving License

Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP,

GOLD CSCS or above,

CIH Certificate in Managing Housing Maintenance

SMSTS
