Key duties and tasks:

As an integral part of our customer sales and support operations, you will:

* Handle high volume inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email with professionalism and efficiency

* Process customer sales orders using SAP ERP, ensuring accuracy across all transaction stages

* Generate pricing and quotes, liaising with clients to secure repeat and new business

* Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

* Maintain and update customer records through MS Office tools and SAP

* Able to investigate and present data analytics regarding customer usage financial spend patterns

* Contribute to continuous improvement in service and support processes

The most suitable candidate must evidence:

* 3-5 years' proven experience in internal sales or customer service, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment

* Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

* Proficiency in SAP ERP systems for order management and customer interaction

* A confident communicator, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities

* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

* The ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across departments
