What We're Looking For:

A Level 3 or 4 qualification in Learning Support (or equivalent classroom-based experience)

Proven experience supporting pupils in a 1:1 or small group capacity, across a range of learning and behavioural needs

A compassionate, proactive approach, committed to delivering support that's tailored to each child's individual journey

Your Role Will Involve:

Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet all learners' needs

Supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils across the classroom

Helping maintain a calm, positive learning environment, with confident behaviour management strategies

Assisting with the preparation of resources, classroom organisation, and daily routines

Promoting inclusion and pupil wellbeing, ensuring every child feels seen, safe, and supported

Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver joined-up support plans

Providing consistent help during transitions, playtimes, and small-group or structured activities
